I will block without replying if you send me email with any kind of explicit, lewd or rude photos or dirty talk and attempt to bargain or negotiate.

Plan Ahead
I completely respect your time and I expect the same from you. My schedule is pretty flexible, but, I take a very limited number of appointments. Because of this my schedule fills quickly. I do recommend scheduling in advance to secure your date and time.

I’m a planner in nature and would prefer a few weeks notice, and of course the longer the better.

Same-day bookings can be difficult. I need time to prepare for our date. that includes screening, completing deposit, and getting myself ready. I favor gentlemen who can plan ahead for our date, and it’s unlikely you will receive a reply if you are inquiring last minute.

Screening
Screening is mandatory for all first-time clients. Any information shared will remain strictly confidential and will be deleted upon screening completion.

Any requests without necessary screening info (for example, a simple “Hi”, “Are you available” or “how much” etc.) will be ignored and deleted.

P411 is not sufficient for screening. I will not respond to P411 inquiries.

Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for both new and existing clients, no exceptions. Discreet digital payment options will be provided upon successful complete screening.

Cancellation
I understand that life happens. Please notify me ASAP if you will not be able to make our date.

Dates cancelled with 48 hours notice or less require 50% of my fee booked. Dates cancelled with 24 hours notice or less require 100% of my fee booked. 

If I need to cancel, I will offer you a choice of a refund or priority of dates/ times to reschedule.

Hygiene
I am well-groomed and freshly showered before our session, and expect the same courtesy. Please take a shower upon arrival, brush your teeth and use mouthwash.

If you are coming from a long day at work or otherwise, you are welcome to use my bathroom shower and toiletries provided.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time. If you have arrived early, kindly wait in your car or outside and contact me to let me know, while I finish getting ready for our date.

Courtesy
I put 100% of my energy and effort into our dates, and I have no doubt you will leave more then satisfied. However, please do not take advantage of my kindness- I expect my boundaries to be respected, and for you to not overstay your booked time. You are welcome to extend, should I be available, but please be prepared with the additional fee. If you attempt to overstay or force me into doing anything I am uncomfortable with, I will end our session without any refund.
